Fall Gathering 2022
The Fall Gathering will begin on Monday, October 31, 2022, with a 3 pm check-in at North Lodge. It will end after breakfast on Sunday, November 6, 2022. We plan to have an outdoor cocktail party on the opening night starting at 5 pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm that night.
Due to workspace limitations, we can only take a certain number of quilters, potters, jewelers, and artists. When we reach capacity in those areas, we will post on social media. This year, we have returned to double occupancy in our lodgings. If you wish to share with a specific roommate, you will both need to put each other’s names on your registration forms. As long as both registration forms arrive before we reach capacity, we will put you together at the retreat. If guests have not already made plans to share with another guest, the retreat will assign roommates upon arrival.
The total cost for the Gathering is $455 per person. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit due once we have notified you that your completed registration form has been received in the office. You may submit payment by check or cash to the Wildacres address, or through PayPal using a credit card or bank account. More details will be included in your confirmation message from us.
The remaining balance ($405) will be due at check-in on the 31st. You may pay using cash, check, or PayPal. If you choose PayPal, there will be a 5% surcharge, due to PayPal fees. Please do not send payment of your balance ahead of time.
