Fall Gathering begins on Monday, October 26th (4:00 pm) and ends on Sunday, November 1st (9:30 am) this year. Please fill out the form below and hit “submit”. If your form is filled out completely, the screen will show a successful completion message. If you do not see that message, it means you left a question unanswered. Fall Gathering Registration 2026
We’re so looking forward to welcoming you to Wildacres for our Fall Gathering! Please take a few minutes to complete this registration form with the information we need to prepare for your stay, including your lodging, meals, dietary needs, and any other accommodations. The rate for this year’s Fall Gathering is $515 per person. Before registering, please make sure you’re able to attend. Space is limited, and while we do our best to maintain a waitlist, it can be very difficult to fill a spot when someone cancels. We ask that you please wait to register until you’re confident you’ll be able to join us. We can’t wait to see you in the mountains this fall!
