Fall Gathering
This year’s Fall Gathering will start on Monday, October 26th, and end on Sunday, November 1st. Please read over the information below for more details about the event.
Online registration for the 2026 Fall Gathering will open on Monday, August 10th at 8AM EST for individuals who did not register for the Spring Gathering 2026. General registration will open to everyone on Wednesday, August 12th at 8AM EST.
If you registered for the Spring Gathering, but canceled for any reason, you will need to wait until August 12th to register for the fall.
As you plan for registration, keep these details in mind:
- Fall Gathering will start at 3PM Monday, October 26th, and will end by 10AM Sunday, November 1st, 2026.
- All guest rooms are booked at double occupancy and if you have not already made arrangements to share with a friend, you will be assigned a roommate.
- The cost for the Gathering is $515. That covers 17 meals and 6 nights lodging. Plus an opening night cocktail party, and any special activities we’ve planned. You may pay by check, cash or Zelle.
- Your $150 non-refundable deposit will be due upon receipt of your reservation form.
- The remaining balance is due at check-in.
- Deposit is non-refundable, if a reservation is canceled, regardless of the reason. Please register knowing this ahead of time and do not register if you are unsure if you will be able to attend.
- We will put a link to our online registration form on the gathering tab the morning registration opens at 8AM. You’ll register using that link.
- We recommend you clear your electronic cache just before 8AM, so your technology will show the newer registration page.
- Please be sure to read our Get Ready for Your Visit page whether you have not been to Wildacres before, or you have not been to Wildacres for a while as it has a lot of helpful information from accommodations to electric car charging.
