Spring Gathering 2026
This year’s Spring Gathering will begin on Monday, April 14, 2026, with a 3 pm check-in at North Lodge. It will end after breakfast on Sunday, April 19, 2026. We plan to have an outdoor cocktail party on the opening night starting at 5 pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm that night.
Due to workspace limitations, we can only take a certain number of quilters, potters, and artists. When we reach capacity in those areas, we will post on social media. We have returned to double occupancy in our lodgings. If you wish to share with a specific roommate, you will both need to put each other’s names on your registration forms. As long as both registration forms arrive before we reach capacity, we will put you together at the retreat. If guests have not already made plans to share with another guest, the retreat will assign roommates.
The total cost for the Gathering is $500 per person. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due once we have processed your registration form in our office. You may submit payment by check or cash to the Wildacres address, or through Zelle using your bank account. We no longer accept PayPal deposits. Deposit details will be included in your confirmation message from us.
The remaining balance ($400) will be due at check-in on the 13th. Again, you may pay using cash, check, or Zelle. Please do not send payment of your balance ahead of the 13th.
Online registration for the Gathering will open on Monday, February 2nd* at 8AM EST for individuals who did not attend the Fall Gathering 2025. General registration will open to everyone on Wednesday, February 4th at 8AM EST.
*If you registered for or attended the Fall 2025 Gathering, you will need to wait until Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. to register for the Spring 2026 Gathering. We will not accept registrations submitted before that time, and only submissions received on or after 8:00 a.m. on 2/4/26 will be valid. Thank you!
