Storytellers’ Experience
Wildacres Retreat has hosted many writing groups as well as storytellers. Both groups find engaged and appreciative audiences at the retreat and find the peace of the mountains really fires their creativity. Wildacres offers a range of spaces that such groups find fit their needs perfectly. All stays at Wildacres include lodging, family-style meals in our dining hall, use of program facilities, and full access to our extensive hiking trail system.

OUR STUDIO
The studio is a great space for groups wishing good acoustics, an open floor plan, and good lighting.
Auditorium
Wildacres has a 165-seat auditorium that includes internet connectivity to include distance learners.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Our outdoor spaces, such as the amphitheater and Lodge patio, are perfect for get-togethers and classes in the fresh mountain air.

Wildacres has spaces of different sizes to meet the needs of the groups using the facility. There are plenty of quiet, creative spaces as well as ones in which to perform and connect with others.
